Senior Referee Dill Dowe has been officiating PCAW Matches for over 5 years now. Hired by his friend & PCAW Owner "The Spyder" Nick Booz, Dill has shown that his reffing abilities are somewhat....relaxed. Easy to take bribes, tough as an ox, and a very Limited attention span make Dill Dowe a very hard ref to deal with. Most wrestlers preffer the officiating of Craven Moorehead to that of Dill Dowe. Dill Dowe is however a huge draw for PCAW, fans flock to PCAW events to see the show kicked off everytime with the Entrance of Dill Dowe. Dill also wrestle on a rare ocassion, and he isnt bad for a ref...even though Nemesis easily destroyed him at Erection Day 2000. None the less, Wrestlers have found the Dildominator a very painful decision to end a match with. Dill Dowe was the last man to join the now defunct F-TEAM after being bribed by Nemesis. However, now back on Nick Booz's payroll Dill Dowe is back on the side he was before....his own.
